Q: Can I check in earlier than 4pm? A: Early check in begins at 12pm (noon) but is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee. Please contact us prior to booking if early check in is needed.
Q: Is late checkout available? A: Late checkout may be available but is property specific and will incur an additional fee. Please see the specific property information page you are interested in for more details.
Q: Are rentals pet friendly? A: Each property has its own specific pet policy. For properties that do allow pets an additional fee will be charged. All applicable pet fees will be outlined on the specific property information page.
Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation? A: Reservations may be changed subject to availability. Cancellations must be made 30 days before scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund minus deposit. Deposits are non-refundable at outlined in the rental agreement.
In order to host your property with Leisure Life a Management Agreement must be signed by the property owner and manager. All applicable policies, fees, and responsibilities will be outlined and discussed.
Renters must sign a rental agreement with property-specific policies in order to make a reservation.
